ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE MANAGED THROUGH PARENTMAIL
You will need to manage your online payments through Parentmail and please either download the Parentmail app or follow the link below:
Instructions on how to make a payment:
- Open your Parentmail App or follow the link above.
- Click on three lines on top left-hand corner of page, this will bring you to a menu and scroll down and you will see 'Payments' (if there is anything to pay, there will be a red circle)
- Click on 'Payments' and it will bring you a screen entitled 'Upcoming Items' with a list of items that require payment
- Click on the 'Item' and this will open up a screen entitled 'Item Detail' and will enable you to pay from this screen
- Click on 'Pay Now' and it will open up a screen entitled 'Basket Summary'
- Click on 'Gift Aid' (if you are a UK taxpayer etc) and then click on 'Checkout' this will bring you to a page entitled 'Checkout'
- Click on relevant 'Payment Method' and then enter card details etc and then click on 'Pay Now'
