JULY 2026 UPDATE TO PARENTS
We are updating our MIS system and changing from ParentMail to Arbor. To support a smooth transition between systems and ensure our catering service can continue without disruption from the first day of term, we have decided to extend our current Summer term's menu for the first two weeks of the new academic year, September 2026.
No action is needed if your child receives Free School Meals.
Please see the guidance below to check whether you need to do anything:
Free School Meals:
No action is needed. We will automatically carry forward your child’s current menu choices for the first two weeks of September, helping us ensure a smooth start to the new term and allowing our kitchen team to plan accordingly.
Paying Parents:
If you pay for your child’s school meals, please continue to log into ParentMail to select meal choices and make payment for the first two weeks of September. To help us prepare for the start of term, we kindly ask that all orders and payments are completed before the end of July.
